Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and comprehensive assessments of clients to identify their mental health needs and develop appropriate, individualized treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based individual therapy using various therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices, to promote personal growth and positive change.

• Facilitate the establishment of therapeutic goals with clients, regularly monitoring their progress towards these goals.

• Utilize teletherapy methods for virtual sessions, ensuring accessibility for clients facing mobility or location challenges.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes within our electronic health record system to comply with ethical standards.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by attending training sessions, webinars, and conferences to stay current with best practices in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a current and valid state license as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload. Benefits include:
