Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations of clients' mental health to determine therapeutic needs.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that align with each client’s specific goals and mental health conditions.

• Engage with clients through regular virtual sessions, offering therapeutic strategies and tools to empower them in overcoming their challenges.

• Facilitate connections with additional healthcare providers, such as psychiatrists, for coordinated care as needed.

• Document progress and treatment outcomes in electronic health records (EHR) systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date patient information.

• Maintain adherence to ethical standards and confidentiality regulations while delivering care to diverse populations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse clientele who may be experiencing complex psychological challenges. This includes individuals grappling with anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, trauma-related issues, and substance abuse problems. Your role is pivotal in creating a safe space where clients feel heard, understood, and motivated on their journey toward improved mental health.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A valid and current license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of four years of clinical experience working in mental health settings, demonstrating a solid foundation in therapy methodologies.

Compensation and Benefits\n
