Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health statuses, taking into account their individual needs and circumstances.

• Design and implement personalized therapy plans utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Facilitate therapy sessions for individuals, couples, groups, and families, providing a safe environment for exploration and healing.

• Maintain ongoing documentation of client sessions and progress, ensuring compliance with state regulations and organizational policies concerning client confidentiality.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to optimize client care and support, participating in case consultations and team meetings as required.

You will work with a diverse range of clients facing various mental health issues, including depression, anxiety, substance abuse disorders, and eating disorders. Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits\n
