Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to understand client concerns, strengths, and challenges, and create individualized treatment plans accordingly.

• Facilitate one-on-one therapy sessions using evidence-based practices, adapting techniques to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, primary care providers, and peer counselors, to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $78,000 to $115,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Full-time counselors are eligible for a monthly healthcare stipend, allowing them to prioritize their health alongside their professional practice. Additionally, all counselors can benefit from free access to the organization's services while remaining active within the platform.
