Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health and emotional needs, using evidence-based assessment tools and methodologies.

• Formulate individualized treatment plans based on clients’ assessments, collaborating closely with them to find solutions that promote healing and personal growth.

• Provide individualized therapy sessions to clients across all age groups, addressing various concerns such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma.

• Facilitate couples therapy sessions focusing on enhancing communication skills, conflict resolution, and relationship strengthening.

• Regularly evaluate and adjust treatment strategies to reflect changes in client needs and progress, ensuring that therapeutic interventions are effective.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date client documentation including progress notes, treatment plans, and case histories in accordance with confidentiality standards and legal regulations.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals when necessary to deliver holistic care tailored to the needs of clients.

• Provide crisis intervention when necessary to support clients experiencing acute distress or facing emergencies.

• Engage in continual education and professional development to stay current with the latest research and best practices in marriage and family therapy.

• Advocate for client rights, fostering an environment of empowerment and informed decision-making regarding their treatment options.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role as an LMFT will directly involve working with a diverse clientele, ranging from adolescents navigating the challenges of formative years, to couples seeking to enhance their relationships. You'll provide crucial support to individuals facing mental health challenges such as depression, anxiety disorders, trauma, and relational conflicts. Your expertise will be instrumental in guiding clients toward healthier emotional states and improved interpersonal relationships.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field is required.

• Active LMFT licensure from the State of Arizona is essential.

• Demonstrated experience in providing individual and couples therapy, with a focus on evidence-based interventions.

• Ability to conduct timely and comprehensive client assessments and formulate appropriate treatment plans.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in electronic health record systems being a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Insightful Life Psychiatry Clinic offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
