Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to effectively identify clients' mental health struggles, tailoring treatment plans accordingly.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with a diverse array of clients, including individuals, couples, and families facing various mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Tennessee.

• A minimum of 2 years of full-time counseling experience, demonstrating proficiency in a clinical setting.

• Experience working with a variety of demographics, including couples, children, and families.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

Although not required, experience providing culturally competent counseling to diverse populations, including clients of color and LGBTQIA clients, is highly valued. Familiarity with teletherapy practices and tools will also enhance your effectiveness in this position.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The starting salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience, plus a sign-on bonus. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including:
