Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive physical examinations and assessments for residents, ensuring accurate diagnoses of acute, chronic, and episodic illnesses.
• Prescribe necessary medications and treatment plans, tailoring interventions based on individual patient needs.
• Develop, implement, and update patient management policies and protocols in alignment with best practices and regulatory standards.
• Facilitate referrals to specialists and other healthcare professionals, ensuring seamless continuity of care for residents.
• Maintain clear and open communication with collaborating physicians and healthcare specialists regarding patient care, treatment plans, and any changes in patient conditions.
• Partner with clinical staff to facilitate comprehensive patient care operations, promoting a team-oriented approach to healthcare delivery.
• Diagnose and manage a range of health issues, guiding residents through their healthcare journey with empathy and professionalism.

Qualifications

• An active, unrestricted state Nurse Practitioner license is required.

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN), Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP), or NP Certificate Program completion is required.
• National certification by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) or the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) is essential.

Compensation and Benefits
