Work Environment

The rehabilitation center in Hoboken serves as an onsite facility where teamwork and patient-centered care are at the forefront. You will collaborate closely with fellow physical therapists, administrative staff, and other healthcare professionals to create a seamless treatment experience for our patients. The work schedule is primarily Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life structure while meeting the needs of our patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations to establish patient profiles, identifying their specific goals, limitations, and needs.
• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans that integrate evidence-based techniques to address orthopedic conditions.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities and exercise programs customized for individual patient requirements.
• Monitor and document patient progress diligently, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Motivate and educate patients throughout their recovery journey, promoting self-management and proactive engagement in their health.
• Engage in regular consultations with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and continuity of treatment.
• Stay updated on industry standards and advancements in physical therapy to maintain high-quality care delivery.
• Ensure all treatments comply with state regulations and ethical guidelines within the profession.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient population primarily includes individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic musculoskeletal issues. As a physical therapist, you will develop personalized care strategies that take into account each patient's unique circumstances, ensuring the most effective rehabilitation pathways. Qualifications

• A Master's (MPT) or Doctorate (DPT) degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• An active, valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.
• A minimum of three years of clinical experience in physical therapy, particularly within orthopedic outpatient settings.
• A clean record, free of any board disciplinary actions.
• Expertise in manual therapy techniques and exercise program design.
