Key Responsibilities\n

• Establishing and building therapeutic rapport with patients and their families to foster a trusting and supportive environment.

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients for suicidality and potential risks to themselves or others, determining appropriate interventions.

• Facilitating intake assessments for new patients with professionalism, ensuring a welcoming and informative entry into our services.
\n
• Actively participating in weekly treatment team meetings to discuss and coordinate treatment goals, while providing support to team members as needed.
\n
• Conducting utilization reviews in collaboration with insurance providers and communicating necessary clinical information for treatment authorizations.
\n
• Maintaining high accessibility for clients and families, promptly responding to communication within specified timeframes.
\n
• Collaborating with various departments to ensure seamless continuity of care, including follow-up communications at key patient transitions.
\n
• Initiating discharge planning on the day of admission and conducting comprehensive discharge sessions to ensure clients understand their ongoing support needs and resources.

• Effectively managing and directing crisis interventions, providing support to both patients and staff to maintain a safe and therapeutic milieu.

• Ensuring accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with organizational standards and legal requirements.

Qualifications\n

• A current independent mental health license in the state of Oregon (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
