This role operates in a fully remote capacity, allowing you to connect with clients from the comfort of your home while utilizing telehealth technology. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments for clients, utilizing Integrated Biopsychosocial Assessment techniques to tailor individualized treatment plans.
\n
• Provide therapy sessions using various evidenced-based techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), behavior modification, and brief therapy.
\n
• Deliver clinical training and education to team members and the community on clinical topics to promote best practices and improve mental health literacy.
\n
• Diagnose mental health conditions in accordance with the standards set forth in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM V).
\n
• Supervise and mentor Mental Health Workers and therapy assistants, ensuring high standards of care within the team.
\n
• Collaborate with community professionals and develop comprehensive care plans that integrate multiple service systems to support client needs.
\n
• Respond effectively to crisis situations by assessing the urgency of client needs and providing immediate interventions as necessary.
\n
• Utilize electronic medical records proficiently to maintain accurate documentation and streamline communication regarding patient progress.
\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on individuals including mothers and families who are navigating various mental health issues, often compounded by socioeconomic stresses. This role requires a deep understanding of these complexities and involves providing culturally competent care tailored to the unique needs of each client.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution (e.g., MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, PsyD).

• Possession of an independent licensure in Oregon as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPC.
\n
• Proven ability to manage a large caseload effectively while maintaining high-quality standards of care.
\n
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to interface with a variety of healthcare providers and support staff.
\n
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, particularly in electronic exchanges.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.
\n
• Training in evidence-based therapeutic practices that enhance service delivery and client outcomes.

• Previous experience working in teletherapy or remote service environments is highly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition, our benefits package includes:
