Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your key responsibilities will include:

• Delivering evidence-based care via synchronous live video sessions, ensuring a high standard of therapy for adults confronting diverse emotional disorders.

• Utilizing automated symptom self-assessments and goal progress measures to monitor client outcomes and adjust treatment plans accordingly, ensuring optimal therapeutic efficacy.

• Engaging in ongoing professional development and consultation with the Therapy Leadership Team to continuously refine your therapeutic approach and practices.

• Formulating diagnostic assessments based on the DSM V standards and developing individualized treatment plans that incorporate established practice guidelines.

• Applying a variety of therapeutic models, including cognitive behavioral therapy, behavior modification, and brief therapy, enhancing your adaptability in addressing client needs.

Qualifications\n
