Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group counseling sessions to support clients facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.

• Perform thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and collaboratively develop personalized treatment plans that reflect their unique circumstances.

• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families to enhance understanding of mental health conditions and promote proactive management strategies.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and solution-focused interventions.

• Document clinical insights accurately, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards while maintaining client confidentiality.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related mental health field is required.

• Must hold an active and independent Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license as mandated by the state board.

Compensation and Benefits\n
