This position is entirely remote, providing flexibility while allowing you to engage with a variety of schools in the Las Vegas, Nevada area. You will collaborate with educational professionals and families to ensure that our services meet the diverse needs of children, upholding a commitment to high-quality care and intervention practices.

Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LCSW, you will be pivotal in delivering early intervention services through the following responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to determine the needs of children and their families.

• Actively participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), ensuring family-centered approaches.

• Monitor and assess progress, collaborating closely with interdisciplinary teams, including educators and therapists.

• Provide tailored coaching and training to families, equipping them with the skills necessary to support their children's development at home and in natural environments.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and colleagues to foster a collaborative atmosphere conducive to learning and growth.

• Utilize evidence-based practices and Natural Learning Environment Principles to form individualized treatment strategies.

• Advocate for the social and emotional well-being of children while adhering to all Federal and State regulations governing early intervention.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses primarily on infants and toddlers who have disabilities or developmental delays, along with their families. You will engage directly with clients in a school setting, working closely to support their unique needs and promote optimal developmental outcomes. Qualifications\n
