Key Responsibilities\n

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and psychologists to ensure an integrated approach to patient care, including dual diagnosis considerations.

• Provide crisis intervention services as needed, demonstrating strong skills in de-escalation and support during acute mental health episodes.

• Educate patients and their families about relevant mental health issues, treatment modalities, and community resource accessibility.

• Maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions in compliance with legal and ethical standards, using our electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Participate actively in case reviews, team meetings, and ongoing cultural competence training sessions.

• Continuously update knowledge on current best practices and innovative treatment paradigms within the mental health field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will address a broad spectrum of mental health conditions, offering targeted and sensitive care that fosters resilience and personal growth in your clients.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Washington.

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited program.

• A strong foundational understanding of mental health disorders, evidence-based therapeutic models, and cultural responsiveness in therapy.

• Demonstrated experience in delivering inclusive individual and group therapy.
\n
• Excellent crisis management skills, capable of maintaining composure in challenging circumstances.

• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems and general computer skills.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
