Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective physical therapy treatment plans tailored to meet the individual needs of each patient, addressing their pain relief, functional improvement, and overall rehabilitation goals.
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations using diagnostic and prognostic tests to assess patients' muscle, nerve, joint, and functional abilities.
• Supervise and mentor Physical Therapy Assistants to ensure the effective implementation of prescribed therapies, maintaining high standards of care.
• Create patient education programs to guide patients and their families in understanding their physical therapy treatments and home exercises.
• Document patient progress meticulously, preparing clinical records that include initial evaluations, ongoing care plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
• Engage with interdisciplinary team members to review and modify care plans, ensuring comprehensive treatment approaches.
• Assess the home environment of clients and recommend modifications to enhance their independence and quality of life, applying innovative solutions wherever necessary.
• Administer therapeutic treatments such as manual exercises, traction, and massages to assist patients in recovery.
• Stay updated with the latest physical therapy techniques and regulatory requirements, actively participating in ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

• Demonstrated ability to develop effective treatment plans and engage patients in their care.
• Current CPR certification to ensure patient safety.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 – 120,000 yearly, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
