Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients, including a detailed review of medical histories, specific assessment procedures, and the creation of tailored treatment plans.
• Clearly articulate evaluation findings and treatment strategies to patients and their families, ensuring their involvement in setting measurable rehabilitation goals.
• Skillfully implement evidence-based treatment protocols, continually adapting approaches based on patient progress and emerging healthcare trends.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will focus on a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from surgery, injuries, chronic pain, and various musculoskeletal disorders. Qualifications

• Possession of a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Valid state licensure in Physical Therapy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, coupled with proficiency in electronic documentation and basic computer applications.
• A flexible approach to schedule demands and patient needs, including a willingness to adapt treatment and modality options based on patient progress.

Preferred Experience

• At least two years of hands-on experience in a rehabilitation setting, preferably working with outpatient services.
