As a remote role within an outpatient practice, the Mental Health Counselor will enjoy a flexible working atmosphere while still having access to the resources and support offered by our office. Our team operates Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a structured yet adaptable schedule designed for work-life balance. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of clients to identify the root causes of their mental health concerns, utilizing diagnostic tools and clinical interviews.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans based on individual goals, utilizing evidence-based counseling methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or solution-focused approaches.

• Monitor and document patient progress regularly, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to align with evolving client needs and facilitate optimal outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits\n
