Work Environment

This role is performed onsite in clients' homes, providing a convenient and personalized atmosphere for treatment. Our therapists have the flexibility to choose their hours, with a standard Monday to Friday schedule, which allows for work-life balance. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions to develop effective treatment strategies.
• Create personalized treatment plans utilizing a range of therapeutic methods such as exercise, stretching, and hands-on therapy to alleviate pain and improve mobility.
• Document patient progress meticulously, tracking both improvements and setbacks, to ensure the continuous refinement of treatment goals.
• Regularly reassess therapeutic goals and adjust treatment plans to reflect the evolving needs of each patient.
• Educate patients and their families on using assistive devices, ensuring they can achieve independence in their daily lives.
• Foster relationships with other healthcare providers involved in patient care, promoting an integrated approach to therapy.
• Commit to ongoing professional development by participating in workshops and staying current with industry best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our client population includes children and adults of all ages with diverse orthopedic needs. You will have the opportunity to work with individuals recovering from surgeries, managing chronic pain, and those with mobility challenges, providing holistic care that considers each patient's unique circumstances and therapeutic goals.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy, with a preference for candidates holding a Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
• Current State License in Physical Therapy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficiency in word processing and basic computer skills to manage documentation and treatment records.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic home care environment, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive attitude.

Preferred Experience

• While prior work experience is not mandatory, candidates with internships or clinical experience in orthopedic settings will be preferred.
• Experience with home care therapy is advantageous, as it equips candidates to meet the challenges and rewards of providing care in a home environment.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We offer an attractive benefits package which includes:
