Work Environment

Your work will primarily take place onsite as you visit patients in their homes. This setting provides a unique opportunity to understand patients' real-life challenges as you collaborate closely with them and their families to establish effective treatment plans. We encourage flexibility, allowing you to choose hours that best fit your schedule, typically within a Monday to Friday timeframe.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients in their home environments, assessing their physical capabilities and therapy needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans emphasizing recovery, mobility, and pain management through diverse modalities, including therapeutic exercises, hands-on techniques, and use of assistive devices.
• Monitor and document patients' progress meticulously through standardized reporting systems, providing updated treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients, caregivers, and family members on appropriate therapeutic procedures and the usage of assistive devices to enhance recovery outcomes.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge in your field through continuous education and active participation in professional networks and workshops.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will serve a diverse population including children, adults, and elderly patients, each with unique orthopedic needs. Your treatment approach will be tailored based on age, diagnosis, mobility level, and personal goals, ensuring each patient receives the individualized care they deserve to help them regain independence and enhance their quality of life.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy is required for this position.
• Current State License in Physical Therapy.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for effective collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
• Proficiency in computer skills and familiarity with electronic health records.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
