Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Offer guidance on the selection and fitting of assistive devices, ensuring that patients can safely engage in daily self-care activities.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist at Parkridge, you will primarily work with adult patients who are experiencing challenges related to orthopedic conditions or post-surgical rehabilitation. This includes individuals recovering from hip and knee replacements, fractures, and sports injuries. Your expertise will play a critical role in helping these patients achieve their mobility goals and regain their independence in daily activities.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is mandatory.
• A current and valid state license to practice physical therapy is required.
• Minimum of two years of professional experience in physical therapy, with a focus on orthopedic conditions preferred.
