Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations that involve screening and testing to assess physical function, identify limitations, and establish a diagnosis.
• Create individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific needs, objectives, and preferences, using evidence-based approaches.
• Educate patients and their caregivers on therapeutic procedures, injury prevention, and strategies to enhance functional mobility both during and post-therapy.
• Demonstrate skillful application of various physical therapy techniques, utilizing modalities such as manual therapy, exercise biomechanics, and strength training.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient progress and treatments in compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee and mentor physical therapy assistants and students, ensuring a consistent standard of high-quality care across all therapy sessions.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction rates.
• Assist in the management of departmental workflows, including scheduling, resources allocation, and equipment maintenance.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The Physical Therapist will cater to a diverse patient population, spanning all age groups from neonates to the geriatric community. Your role is pivotal in addressing a variety of conditions, including acute injuries, chronic pain disorders, and rehabilitation post-surgery. Qualifications

• A valid state Physical Therapist license is required.
• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, with a preference for candidates holding a DPT (Doctor of Physical Therapy) or Master's degree from an accredited program.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a patient care team.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this full-time Physical Therapist position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, based on experience.
