Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients recovering from various injuries, surgeries, or medical conditions, crafting personalized treatment plans that cater to specific therapeutic needs.
• Utilize a range of treatment methodologies, including manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and cutting-edge rehabilitation equipment, to assist patients in pain relief and mobility enhancement.
• Document and track patient progress meticulously, making necessary adjustments to treatment strategies as patients advance or face challenges.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment processes, therapeutic exercises, and assistive devices, ensuring they are well-informed and confident in their care.
• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to integrate physical therapy goals into broader healthcare plans and ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Stay updated on the latest developments within the physical therapy field by attending workshops, participating in professional societies, and reviewing scholarly articles.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• A valid physical therapy license in the state of New Jersey is essential.

Compensation and Benefits
