Atlantic Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is primarily focused on providing exceptional home care services to our patients in Freehold, New Jersey. Work Environment

The position is an onsite role focused on home care, meaning you will travel to patients' homes within the community to deliver personalized therapy services. You will work Monday to Friday, with the flexibility to choose your own working hours to best suit your schedule, allowing for both professionalism and personal freedom.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to assess their physical condition and determine suitable treatment strategies in a home care setting.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that target pain management, mobility enhancement, and recovery from injuries, utilizing a diverse array of therapeutic methods, such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and assistive devices.
• Document treatment progress meticulously, adjusting therapy plans as needed to ensure continued improvement towards established goals.
• Educate patients and their families about the rehabilitation process, including the proper use of assistive equipment and self-care techniques, empowering them to take an active role in their recovery.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to patient care, contributing to overall treatment success.
• Stay current with advancements in physical therapy through continuous education, professional networking, and training opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This position caters to a diverse patient population, including young children, adults, and seniors who may be dealing with conditions resulting from surgeries, chronic illnesses, or mobility challenges. Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required for this position.
• A valid physical therapy license issued by the state of New Jersey.

• Proficiency in word processing and clinical documentation tools to maintain accurate patient records.
• A flexible approach to work and ability to adapt to varying patient needs and home care environments.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
