Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for clients to determine their needs and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Facilitate the client intake process, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.

• Monitor and document client progress through effective charting techniques, updating treatment plans as necessary.

• Organize and lead individual, group, and family therapy sessions, employing a variety of therapeutic modalities based on client needs.

• Work alongside a multidisciplinary treatment team, including the clinical director and other counselors, to provide cohesive care.

• Identify behavioral patterns in clients and provide intervention strategies to address harmful habits and promote recovery.

• Review client analyses, conduct random drug tests, and oversee therapeutic activities to ensure compliance with treatment objectives.

• Maintain professional relationships with clients, families, and colleagues, ensuring open communication and collaboration throughout the care process.

• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills and maintain licensure.
