Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to determine appropriate therapeutic approaches for individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Deliver evidence-based treatments utilizing a variety of modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to integrate services and enhance overall client care, recognizing the importance of a holistic treatment plan.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Care and Connects, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, addressing a range of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, substance misuse, and family dynamics. You will provide specialized support to both individuals and groups, contributing to impactful therapeutic outcomes that improve overall mental well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• An active, unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical environment.

• Strong understanding of the ethical and legal standards relevant to psychological practice.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, able to establish rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Proficiency in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems and other relevant technologies.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, in addition to performance bonuses and a sign-on bonus for new hires.
