Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, families, and groups, ensuring the identification of their unique needs and developing appropriate treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other modalities tailored to individual client goals.

• Maintain clear communication with clients and interdisciplinary staff regarding treatment plans, progress, and any adjustments necessary to enhance patient care.

• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with organizational standards, documenting assessments, treatment interventions, and outcomes.

• Engage in case management, collaborating with external providers and community resources to coordinate comprehensive services for patients.

• Participate in regular team meetings, patient rounds, and case consultations to foster a cohesive approach to patient care within our clinic.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our patient population ranges from adolescents to adults facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and more. Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical settings, demonstrating expertise in providing therapeutic services and managing diverse caseloads.

• Ability to work flexible hours ranging from 10 to 40 hours per week, ensuring availability for clients in need.

Compensation and Benefits\n
