Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' movement dysfunctions, using recognized assessment tools and techniques to diagnose their physical therapy needs.
• Design and implement comprehensive treatment plans aimed at alleviating pain, promoting mobility, and enhancing overall functional performance.
• Oversee and mentor physical therapy assistants to ensure adherence to care plans and optimize patient outcomes.
• Administer manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and utilize advanced modalities such as traction and massage therapy.
• Monitor patient progress regularly and adjust treatment plans based on their evolving needs and response to therapies.
• Maintain meticulous clinical records, including evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries, adhering to regulatory and organizational standards.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, contributing to case discussions and holistic care planning.
• Educate patients and their families on proper exercise techniques and the use of therapeutic devices to support recovery efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
