Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Noble Counseling, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed assessments to understand each patient's unique background and treatment needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to facilitate healing.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions designed to promote coping skill development and psychological well-being.

• Engage in regular collaboration with psychiatrists and other mental health professionals to ensure coordinated care and optimal patient outcomes.

• Provide vital crisis intervention and support for patients facing trauma-related emergencies.

• Educate patients and their families about trauma responses and effective coping strategies, guiding them through available resources.

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of patient interactions, adhering to all legal and ethical standards.

• Participate actively in case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development activities focused on trauma-informed practices.

• Continuously update knowledge regarding recent research and advancements in trauma therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses on serving individuals who have experienced various forms of trauma. Our patient population consists primarily of trauma survivors seeking understanding and healing from conditions like PTSD and complex trauma. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must have:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid licensure such as LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas.

Preferred Experience\n
