Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• A current, valid license as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of New York.

• Proven experience (minimum of 2 years) in addressing mental health issues, particularly in patients with co-occurring medical conditions.
