Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, which include reviewing medical histories, performing physical examinations, and ordering necessary diagnostic tests to evaluate health status.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans in collaboration with our physicians and other healthcare providers, ensuring that care is coordinated and comprehensive.
• Provide a range of primary and specialty healthcare services, including diagnosing and managing both acute and chronic conditions, tailored to individual patient needs.
• Offer educational resources and counseling to patients and their families, focusing on health promotion, disease prevention, and strategies for self-management and care.
• Actively participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient cases, operational challenges, and enhance coordinated care strategies.

Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited institution is required.
• Current state licensure and certification as a Nurse Practitioner are mandatory.
• We prefer candidates with specialization certification in areas such as Family Practice, Adult-Gerontology, Surgery, Urgent Care, or Hematology.
• Strong clinical assessment skills and excellent diagnostic abilities are essential for success in this role.
• You must possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with the healthcare team and connect with patients.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, experience in a concierge or house-call medicine setting can set you apart from other candidates, demonstrating adaptability to varying patient environments. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth technologies will also be advantageous as we aim to leverage all available tools for our patient care strategy.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package ranging from USD 150,000 to 160,000 annually, reflecting the importance we place on attracting talented professionals.
