You’ll partner closely with the a Junior Executive Chef, who brings deep knowledge of the concept, while using your leadership experience to mentor, strengthen the kitchen team, and support the group's continued expansion. With multiple new restaurants planned across the city, this role offers genuine career progression into leading new openings or overseeing multiple kitchens as the company continues to grow. What You’ll Be Doing Partnering with the Executive Chef to lead all back-of-house operations Supporting the day-to-day management of a high-volume kitchen Leading, mentoring, and developing the culinary team Maintaining exceptional food quality, consistency, and presentation Managing scheduling, labour, inventory, ordering, and food cost controls Assisting with menu execution and seasonal features What We’re Looking For Executive Chef experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant Premium casual or upscale dining background Strong leadership and team development skills – This is very important to Owner! Passion for Mexican cuisine or experience working with Mexican concepts Excellent operational and financial understanding of kitchen management Calm, positive leader who enjoys mentoring others Ambition to grow into larger leadership opportunities #J-18808-Ljbffr
