Recruiting Counselor: Domestic Staffing & Family Matching

Care.com is seeking a dedicated Recruiting Counselor to join our Nanny Team in the domestic placement division. This role sources, screens, and guides candidates for in-home positions such as Nannies, Family Assistants, and Newborn Care Specialists, leveraging your proactive communication and strong domestic staffing knowledge. You will interview, assess, and coach candidates; collaborate with Placement Counselors; maintain records; and follow up to ensure satisfaction for families and job #J-18808-Ljbffr Care.com
