This position is fully remote, allowing you to provide essential mental health services from your home while maintaining a balanced work-life dynamic. Scheduled work hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts based on patient need. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments that take into account the complexities of aging, including cognitive decline and medical co-morbidities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on the geriatric population, a demographic often underserved in mental health. Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Professional Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• A current and valid licensure as an LCMFT, LCPC, LCP, LCSW, LSCSW, or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) in the state of Kansas is mandatory.

• Minimum of two years of post-licensure experience preferred, with a strong preference for backgrounds in geriatric mental health.

• In-depth knowledge of geriatric mental health issues and evidence-based treatments is essential.

• Demonstrated competence in delivering individual and group therapy to older adults.

Compensation and Benefits\n
