Key Responsibilities

• Conduct confidential client counseling sessions via video chat to enhance mental well-being and foster emotional growth.
• Facilitate discussions about clients’ feelings and life experiences, providing insights into their behavior and relationships.
• Act as a supportive advocate for your clients while helping them to define actionable and meaningful treatment goals.
• Assess clients’ mental health status and develop tailored treatment plans grounded in evidence-based practices and your clinical expertise.
• Utilize a digital therapy platform to manage client sessions and interactions efficiently, enhancing engagement and communication.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work exclusively with carefully screened clients who are stable adults presenting with low acuity issues, ensuring that your interactions are grounded in a supportive and manageable therapeutic setting. Qualifications

• A completed Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Fully licensed by the state board to practice independently, ensuring good standing with one of the following licenses:
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
• Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
• Exceptional interpersonal skills combined with a compassionate approach to client care.
• Proficient in technology and digital communication tools relevant to teletherapy and client management.

Preferred Experience

A minimum of two years of experience in a mental health counseling role is required. Strong familiarity with using digital platforms for therapy is highly beneficial, enhancing your ability to connect with clients effectively.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary ranging from USD 9,000 – 104,000 annually, dependent on experience and hours worked.
