Work Environment\n

Working as a Mental Health Therapist at Topform Therapy means being part of a dynamic and inclusive team. While most of our therapy sessions are conducted remotely, you will also have the chance to see clients face-to-face in our outpatient office when necessary. Our operational hours primarily fall within the standard business day, but flexible scheduling, including occasional evening shifts, allows us to accommodate the needs of our clients fully.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Therapist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and evaluations, ensuring clients’ mental health needs are accurately identified and addressed through individualized treatment plans.

• Delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to the unique needs of individuals, families, and groups, utilizing approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and solution-focused therapy.

• Collaborating with multidisciplinary team members, including case managers and psychiatrists, to coordinate care and tackle complex mental health issues holistically.

• Providing immediate crisis intervention and support for clients in acute distress, demonstrating compassion and expertise in managing emergencies.

• Engaging in community outreach and educational initiatives to foster mental health awareness, education, and stigma reduction.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A current and independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s degree or doctorate in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Strong organizational capabilities for effective documentation and compliance with regulatory standards.
