Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to assess functional limitations, pain levels, and rehabilitation needs, developing appropriate, individualized treatment plans.
• Engage with patients of all ages and backgrounds, ensuring exceptional customer service and effective communication throughout the treatment process.
• Implement and manage treatment interventions, regularly re-evaluating patient progress and adjusting care plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Document all treatment sessions accurately and in compliance with legal and professional standards, including submitting charges for services rendered.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers, including physicians and multidisciplinary teams, to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
• Participate in professional development activities such as attending seminars, workshops, and in-services to continually enhance skills and qualifications.
• Contribute to community outreach initiatives, serve as a liaison for patient care education, and support marketing and program development efforts.
• Mentor and supervise support staff, including physical therapy assistants and aides, fostering their professional growth and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patients are diverse, ranging from post-operative individuals needing rehabilitation to those requiring ongoing management of chronic conditions. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is a requirement.
• Possession of a current state license in Physical Therapy, along with CPR/BLS certification, is mandatory.

• Proficiency in computerized documentation systems and physical therapy software to maintain accurate patient records.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
