Work Environment

This position operates onsite in our vibrant Rehabilitation Center, where you will have access to state-of-the-art facilities and resources. The typical work schedule covers 40 hours per week, with some variable weekend shifts to meet patient needs. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to develop tailored treatment plans addressing their unique functional limitations.
• Provide guidance and consultation to healthcare teammates on patient care continuity and progression.
• Deliver direct patient care, ensuring that standards of service excellence are met through professional interactions.
• Document evaluations, treatments, and progress per established best practices and compliance standards, including maintaining accurate records of patient interactions and billed services.
• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with health care professionals, including physicians, nursing staff, and rehabilitation aides, to ensure holistic patient care.
• Participate in community outreach initiatives and represent the facility at external events to foster partnerships and enhance public awareness of our services.
• Supervise physical therapy aides and support staff, providing mentorship and guidance in delivering quality patient care.
• Attend regular staff meetings and participate in continuous education opportunities to remain informed of innovations in physical therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient population ranges from adolescents to seniors, with a wide array of orthopedic and neurological conditions. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid state license in Physical Therapy is necessary to practice.
