Work Environment

In this position, you will work primarily in a hospital setting where collaboration and teamwork are paramount. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough health assessments and screenings for individuals and their families, ensuring all healthcare needs are meticulously addressed.
• Diagnose and manage both acute and chronic medical conditions, implementing preventive care and health promotion strategies.
• Collaborate with diverse community organizations to develop and execute impactful health education initiatives, fostering informed health choices among community members.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
