Key Responsibilities\n

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Individual and Group Therapy sessions, addressing various mental health concerns.

• Utilize specific therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, adapting techniques to best serve your clients.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to ensure holistic and cohesive care for each client.

• Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date clinical records, adhering to ethical standards and legal regulations in compliance with local and federal guidelines.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Pennsylvania.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience providing counseling services, with a preference for experience in clinical settings.

• The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
