Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, you will:

• Provide client assessments and diagnose mental health conditions, conducting thorough intake evaluations focused on patients' functional status and treatment needs.

• Collaborate with primary care providers to formulate and implement comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs, ensuring the best possible outcomes.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including crisis intervention and psychoeducation, to assist patients in achieving mental wellness.

• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary, utilizing follow-up assessments to ensure ongoing support and care.

• Educate patients and their families on self-management strategies and coping skills, empowering them to participate actively in their recovery journey.

• Document patient progress accurately in electronic health records, maintaining confidentiality and complying with all agency and regulatory guidelines.

• Help identify at-risk patients and collaborate in developing preventive measures to mitigate worsening conditions.

• Participate in regular team meetings, providing insights on behavioral health services and evaluating program effectiveness.

• Maintain a steady focus on achieving productivity targets for billable services each week, optimizing clinic resources and support systems.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s Degree in Clinical Counseling or a related field.

• Current Licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Maryland.

• Strong knowledge of mental health assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic techniques, as well as an understanding of DSM-5 diagnoses.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish effective working relationships with patients, families, and team members.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Crystal Lake Families & Kids Services offers a competitive salary range of USD 87,000 – 105,000 per year, commensurate with experience and licensure.
