Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive mental health assessments to thoroughly understand patients’ psychological, emotional, and behavioral needs.

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions for clients, facilitating discussions that encourage self-discovery and healing.

• Provide crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing acute mental health emergencies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Must hold a current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Strong understanding of mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and therapeutic techniques.

Compensation and Benefits\n
