Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough chart reviews and data collection to ensure accurate patient assessments.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, discussing patient history and tailored treatment needs to optimize care outcomes.
• Exhibit a detailed understanding of complex diagnoses, and utilize laboratory and radiology results in the assessment and treatment planning processes.
• Demonstrate innovation and clinical expertise in creating and implementing effective treatment plans for diverse patient populations, including orthopedic, neurological, and pediatric cases.
• Monitor clinical outcomes and liaise with staff therapists on complex or outlier cases, ensuring comprehensive care delivery.
• Streamline clinical workflows to enhance patient capture rates, improve referral processing, and manage scheduling efficiently.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A current, active Florida State license as a Physical Therapist.

• Competitive annual salary in the range of USD 120,000 to 130,000 , depending on caseload and relevant experience.
