Work Environment

In our rehabilitation facility located in the heart of Leesburg, Virginia, you will be part of a vibrant and collaborative team of healthcare professionals. This full-time role involves working Monday to Friday for 40 hours a week, providing structured schedules that allow you to focus on patient care while enjoying a work-life balance. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients referred by physicians, assessing their physical status, and identifying functional limitations.
• Design, implement, and modify personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices to address individual patient needs.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, manual therapy techniques, and rehabilitation exercises tailored to specific conditions.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, fostering a welcoming environment that enhances patient satisfaction and engagement.
• Collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes, sharing insights and strategies for best practices in therapy.
• Educate and train patients along with their caregivers on effective home exercise programs and self-management strategies.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes; meet established productivity and billing standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, treating individuals of all ages and backgrounds. Your caseload may include orthopedic injuries, pediatric conditions, neurologic disorders, as well as sports-related rehabilitation cases. By engaging each patient with personalized care, you will contribute to their health and well-being, helping them overcome barriers to mobility and function.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA or CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy.
• Current state licensure in Physical Therapy.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively articulate treatment plans and cultivate relationships.
• Proficient in word processing and competent with electronic health record systems.
• A proven ability to connect with patients, building rapport that inspires trust and motivates functional improvement.
• Team-oriented mindset, eager to collaborate and share knowledge with colleagues.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in a physical therapy setting is preferred, particularly in outpatient rehabilitation.
• Proficiency in specialized treatment techniques such as aquatic therapy or sports rehabilitation is a plus.
• Experience treating a varied patient demographic, with a track record of successful patient outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation for this full-time position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive salaries, we offer a robust benefits package that includes:
