Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or medical conditions to determine their physical therapy needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using a mix of therapeutic techniques, such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities aimed at pain relief and restoring function.
• Regularly assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on their responses, ensuring that therapeutic goals adapt as the patient improves.
• Provide education and training to patients and their families on exercises and at-home care techniques, including proper use of assistive devices for self-care and mobility.
• Maintain meticulous records of patient treatments, documenting their progress and changes in condition, to fulfill legal and compliance requirements.
• Engage in continual professional development through attending workshops, participating in professional societies, and sharing knowledge with colleagues to enhance overall team competency.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits
