Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations for patients recovering from injuries, diseases, or surgeries in their home settings.
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive evaluations, employing various methods such as therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and the use of appropriate equipment.
• Regularly track patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure that therapeutic goals are met effectively and timely.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment regimens, including the use of assistive devices and techniques that promote mobility and self-care.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of treatment protocols, patient responses, and overall progress to ensure seamless communication with interdisciplinary team members.

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.

Compensation and Benefits
