Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess clients’ mental health status, identifying strengths, challenges, and areas for improvement.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each patient, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Provide high-quality virtual therapy sessions via video conferences and phone, ensuring adherence to telehealth best practices to maintain client confidentiality and security.

• Engage in regular team consultations to discuss case progress, share insights, and collaboratively strategize on treatment approaches for complex cases.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with legal standards and organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Therapist at Flourish Together, you will primarily work with adolescent and adult patients experiencing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and more. Your ability to connect compassionately with clients will be integral in supporting their mental health journeys and improving their quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a valid clinical license in California as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required.
\n
• Demonstrated skills in building rapport, engaging clients in treatment, and employing strong therapeutic techniques.
\n
• Excellent organizational skills, particularly in documentation and time management.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of relevant experience is required, candidates with diverse backgrounds in clinical settings or specialties in trauma-informed care, CBT, DBT, or family therapy will be given preference. Familiarity with electronic health record systems can also enhance your application.

Compensation and Benefits\n
