Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish therapeutic relationships with patients and their families, conducting assessments to evaluate suicidality and potential risks.

• Facilitate the intake process for new patients, ensuring they receive a warm welcome while expertly guiding them through admission assessments.

• Actively participate in weekly team meetings, discussing treatment goals and strategies collaboratively to deliver high-quality care.

• Conduct utilization reviews with insurance providers to secure necessary authorizations for treatment and ongoing support.

• Maintain open lines of communication with family members, promptly returning messages and emails to foster strong support networks.

• Coordinate with various departments to streamline patient transitions throughout their therapy journey from admission to discharge.

• Proactively begin discharge planning on the first day of admission, preparing patients for a successful transition back into the community.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
