Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to develop effective treatment plans that meet the specific needs of clients.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy, for individuals, couples, families, and groups.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to provide holistic care that addresses both mental and physical health needs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation to ensure compliance with all ethical standards and legal requirements.
• Actively participate in ongoing professional development opportunities by attending workshops and educational sessions relevant to mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clients range from children to adults dealing with a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse. Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a relevant field.
• Active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.

• Solid understanding of ethical guidelines and legal regulations governing counseling practices.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build rapport with diverse populations.
• Experience with telehealth platforms and EMR systems is a plus.

Preferred Experience

• Specialization in trauma-informed care, family therapy, substance use disorders, or couples counseling is highly desirable.
• Experience working with interdisciplinary teams to enhance client care.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with your caseload and experience.
