Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and ongoing evaluations of clients’ mental health needs to inform treatment strategies.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on clients’ unique circumstances, challenges, and goals.
• Facilitate counseling sessions both individually and in group formats, using evidence-based practices to drive therapeutic progress.
• Ensure accurate documentation by maintaining thorough client records, including progress notes and treatment updates.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers—such as psychiatrists, social workers, and primary care physicians—to create a cohesive care experience for clients.
• Uphold strict adherence to ethical and professional standards, ensuring confidentiality and respect in all client interactions.
• Engage in continuous professional development through training opportunities, workshops, and conferences to stay abreast of best practices in mental health counseling.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a wide variety of clients, including individuals facing challenges related to anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and family issues. Qualifications

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling or a related field from an accredited program.

• Organizational skills to manage a caseload effectively, including tracking progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 80,000 to 95,000 annually, reflecting the importance of your contributions to our organization.
