Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources.
• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities, focusing on adapting these to the unique needs of the school setting.
• Design, implement, and regularly revise individualized treatment plans that outline specific goals and interventions tailored for each client.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and educational staff to ensure an integrated approach to client care.
• Perform crisis intervention and risk assessments, providing necessary safety planning and immediate support when required.
• Maintain accurate documentation that adheres to legal and ethical standards, ensuring that all records reflect clients' journeys and treatment plans.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psycho-educational workshops, and support groups within the school environment aimed at increasing mental health awareness among students.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our primary focus is on adolescents seeking mental health support. You will work with students experiencing a spectrum of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and other psychosocial issues. Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of two years of experience in mental health settings, specifically in outpatient or school-based environments.
• Strong understanding of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and treatment strategies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with youth and foster positive therapeutic relationships.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in educational settings or with adolescent populations is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits
